A mixed bag, really. The room was hot, and there was a plumbing issue, but the staff were lovely and the location was great.
The room was extremely hot and then developed a plumbing fault resulting in a large puddle of water in the bathroom and a non-flushing toilet.
Reception staff were helpful and friendly, and the breakfast staff was amazing, their friendliness made up for the room issues.
The hotel's location is excellent, not far from motorway junction and there are some great restaurants nearby.
The breakfast was enjoyable too, Danish pastry, and good quality, the lady serving this was so friendly.
Free parking is available, which is a good thing.

My family and I had a wonderful stay! The hotel is close to the beach and tons of family-friendly amenities. The staff were incredibly friendly.
Clean, spacious and comfortable rooms. We had a slight issue with the bathroom plumbing however it was quickly fixed!
The staff were all friendly, helpful and cute throughout our stay. The breakfast staff was especially great.
Great location near the M4, lots of shopping and restaurants nearby; a short drive to the beach.
Breakfast was good, lots of selection, and the Brewers Fayre next door is great value.
Free parking was a huge bonus! Lots of amenities nearby like Asda and various restaurants.

Great location near the M4, tons of food options nearby! Breakfast was good, cooked to order. Rooms were clean and comfortable, but could use some AC.
Clean and comfy but the room was extremely hot although the weather was not really good. The new rooms have nicer fittings than the older ones.
Check-in was quick, staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast service was excellent, the lady serving was so friendly and helpful.
Near a junction off the M4 which is great, lots of places to eat nearby (KFC, Burger King, Costa, fish and chips, etc.).
Breakfast was cooked to order rather than buffet style and decent if not great value for money. Plenty of food choices nearby.
Free parking was a plus, but the lack of AC in my room was a bummer.

Decent stay! Friendly staff and good location for exploring South Wales. Free parking is a huge bonus!

This place is a hidden gem! Clean, convenient, and the staff are amazing. Would definitely stay again.
The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The bathroom was also very clean and modern.
Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They remembered me from a previous visit!
Convenient location, easy to get to and plenty of amenities close by.
The Brewers Fayre next door is a great option for meals, and there are plenty of other places nearby too.
Free parking and excellent WiFi made the stay even better.
